The Horizon Fuel Cell on sale for $ 100

Several months past we told you about a fuel cell portable and inexpensive name MiniPak and formed by the company Horizon. Well, has lastly gone on sale for merely $ 100, becoming the first portable fuel cell for domestic use on the market with permission from Toshiba.

But actually what can you guess from this power plant in miniature, how much energy and how thirsty supply your gadgets?

MiniPak is able of recharging any electronic device that requires up to 3W. Each MiniPak integrates a inactive energy cell “breathing air” and a hydrogen storage unit in “solid.”

Provides electric power DC 5V and 400mA through a port USB micro and has two hydrogen cartridges “solid state” together with a reusable innovative filling station at home.

With a size that covers little more than the palm and offering cheap energy, Horizon MiniPak might become a fine selection to deem for that utopian world without emissions increasingly essential.
